EXPLORE
Create accessible opportunities for people to hear and investigate the gospel.

- People are coming to faith, being baptised, and publicly professing Christ
- A clear follow-up discipleship process helps new believers take next steps
Responsibilities
- Develop and run Explore courses and Follow courses
- Create evangelistic events and other invitation opportunities
- Develop a clear mission pathway and calendar
- Lead, train and support Explore and Events teams
- Pray expectantly for people to come to faith
- Organise baptisms and professions of faith

- Build relationships with healthy, evangelistic, Bible-believing churches
- Lead the Mission Support team and mobilise global mission support
- Partner with mission organisations and churches locally
- Share resources, learning and people where appropriate
- Look for opportunities to achieve more together than alone
